Presenter Notes

If you are presenting at the NEAR conference, please be sure to review the following notes for presenters while you are planning your presentation.

Schedule

Front desk at the venue will open at 8:30am.

The 2023 conference will start in person at 9:45 for opening remarks. The presentation schedule runs from 10:00 AM to 5:15 PM.

Conference Registration 

All presenters must be preregistered. Please see the registration page for more information.

For Spoken Presentations

Time: Presenters are asked to limit their talks to 40 minutes, including a question and answer session.

Equipment: Presenters are required to bring their own laptops/devices. Projectors and HDMI cables are available. Please be aware that WiFi will not be widely available.

Lunch

We are planning on ordering lunch boxes. If you are interested, please indicate when you register. The price will be about 1000 yen, including a drink. Those interested will be sent more detailed information before the conference.
